We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in cloud architecture to lead and manage the implementation and optimization of Genesys Contact Center solutions.
About the Role
1. Manage end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for Genesys Contact Center solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Genesys systems.
2. Design, review, and optimize cloud architecture for reliability and scalability.
3. Oversee deployment, ensuring system performance and efficiency.
4. Develop and present assessments of Genesys capabilities to stakeholders.
5. Architect and support tailored Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions.
6. Manage licensing requirements for compliance and cost-effectiveness.
7. Implement and enhance features like IVR, chatbots, and AI solutions.
8. Facilitate collaboration through Genesys tools.
9. Optimize call processes for customer satisfaction.
10. Utilize workforce management tools to improve productivity.
11. Manage integrations with third-party applications.
12. Provide insights through advanced reporting within Genesys.
13. Implement AI-driven solutions for automation and efficiency.
Requirements
1. 4+ years Project Management experience.
2. Must have 2+ years in Genesys Contact Center solutions and architecture.
3. Proven experience managing large-scale Genesys projects.
4. Proficient in cloud architecture and CCaaS systems.
5. Understanding licensing, workforce management, and AI technologies.
6. Familiarity with APIs, AppFoundry, SBC, and Audiocodes.
7. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
