The role
The hours required for this role are 40 hours a week for the right applicant
You will have an opportunity to build your own caseload while working with a team of 4 other Physiotherapists
You will treat a mix of private musculoskeletal, Workcover, Support at Home and NDIS clients
This position is suitable for new graduate therapists
This position will not suit therapists who do not feel confident building and sustaining a full caseload or learning how to do so
Your level of experience will determine your salary package
Annual salary package will range from $100,000 to $150,000 pro rata including your base salary plus all bonuses and entitlements
Salary package includes a bonus/commission structure which allows you to take home an extra $1,000 – $20,000 per year in performance-based bonuses
You will have access to internal formal and informal clinic mentoring as well as external funding for external PD courses
Our clinical mentors are highly skilled private practice physiotherapists who mentor our team on a weekly basis
