About the opportunity
Our Customer Service team sits at the centre of IXOM's complex supply chain and logistics operation and is critical to how we serve our customers every day.
From day one, you'll receive strong onboarding, hands‐on training and ongoing support, giving you exposure to how a large, global supply chain operates end to end—from customer demand through to planning, logistics and delivery.
This is not a traditional call‐centre role. You'll work closely with supply chain, logistics, planning and commercial teams to resolve real operational challenges and build skills that will support your future career progression.
This role is designed as a career foundation for people who want to learn quickly, gain exposure across the business and grow their career within IXOM.
Who We're Looking For
We're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds — what matters most is attitude, energy and potential.
* A recent graduate, particularly in supply chain, logistics or business studies
* An experienced customer service professional ready for the next step
* Early in your career and looking for a role with clear progression opportunities
