Seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of detached home builds in the Geelong region. In this role, you’ll manage site activity across multiple projects, maintain build quality and timelines, and work closely with an experienced construction leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage 10–15 residential home builds at a time across greenfield estates and occasional knockdown rebuild projects
* Coordinate and supervise construction activity for single and double storey detached homes
* Drive build programs to meet expected construction timeframes across different product types
* Maintain quality, safety and site presentation standards throughout the build process
* Liaise with trades, suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep jobs progressing smoothly
* Provide regular updates to the Construction Manager and contribute to a collaborative team environment
* Support delivery across both Hermitage Homes and Kingsbridge branded projects
You’ll Bring
* Previous experience supervising residential home builds, ideally across single and double storey detached homes
* A solid understanding of volume residential construction and site-based delivery
* The ability to manage multiple builds at once while maintaining attention to detail
* A team-focused attitude with a positive, good-natured approach
* Strong communication and coordination skills when working with trades and internal teams
* Confidence using construction systems such as ClickHome and SafetyCulture, or the ability to learn quickly
* Availability to commence immediately or within a short notice period
