Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management & Delivery: Manage timelines, budgets, and quality across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring smooth delivery and strong documentation using tools like Asana.
* Scoping, Quoting & Resource Planning: Work with the design and dev teams to scope new projects with clear deliverables, develop accurate quotes and timelines that align with client expectations and internal capacity.
* Client Acquisition & Retention: Support the sales team by contributing to proposals, project scopes, and client pitches, lead client communications throughout the project lifecycle, and build long-term relationships through excellent service and ongoing support.
Requirements:
* Experienced in leading digital or creative projects from brief to launch.
* Skilled in project scoping, quoting, scheduling, and delivery.
* Comfortable juggling multiple clients and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
* Outstanding communicator and natural relationship builder.
* Detail-oriented, highly organised, and calm under pressure.
* Confident working across creative, technical, and strategic disciplines.
* Familiar with CMS platforms (e.g. Shopify, Craft CMS) and project tools (e.g. Asana, Slack).
