ESL Teacher – Perth Campus

Your Key Responsibilities
* Plan and prepare lessons: deliver engaging General English and Special Interest (SPIN) courses that meet the diverse needs of international students.
* Inspire language learning: ignite students' passion for language learning by creating interactive, immersive, and meaningful classroom experiences.
* Academic administration: track student attendance, assess progress, and provide regular feedback to support each student's learning journey.
* Classroom management: foster a positive, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment where students feel safe, motivated, and empowered to participate.
* School Spirit: encourage students to get involved beyond classroom lessons, helping them connect through activities, events, and cultural exchanges.
* Safeguarding and welfare: prioritize the well‐being and safety of students, following EF's safeguarding policies, and being ready to respond to any issues that may arise.
* Professional development: stay up to date with the latest ESL teaching practices, integrating innovative methods and technology to support student learning and growth.
What We're Looking For
* Full fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
* Additional languages are a plus.
* Previous experience as an ESL Teacher.
* Experience with safeguarding and student welfare.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills to support a dynamic and evolving student community.
* Bachelor's degree in English, Teaching or a related field.
* TESOL qualification (e.g., CELTA or Certificate IV in TESOL).
* Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus.
* Full working rights in Australia.
* Willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check.
