Based on Sydney's Northern Beaches, you'll enjoy a fully flexible hybrid working environment (office + home) while working directly alongside the NSW Regional Sales Manager — the highest revenue sales leader in the country. You'll be mentored one-on-one, exposed to high-value projects, and deliberately developed into an external sales or project development role within 1–2 years.

The Opportunity
As an Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role supporting the NSW sales team and national client base, while building the technical and commercial capability needed to step into an external role.
You'll be immersed in:
* High-volume, high-value quoting
* Picking up the phone to build rapport, qualify, upsell and close
* Technical problem-solving onsite and over the phone
* Project and product support
* Strategic selling alongside senior sales leadership
This role is designed as a launchpad, not a holding pattern.
This role will suit someone who is:
* A hungry sales professional with strong technical aptitude
* Ready to make a sales presentation on "How you will add significant Value" in the interview
* Australian resident and motivated to build a long-term career locally
* Confident, curious, coachable and commercially minded
Backgrounds That Fit Well:
* Internal sales / technical support in flow control, process control or mechanical products
* Plumbing, industrial or mechanical distribution experience
* Manufacturing, OEM or project-based sales environments
* Graduate engineers or technically trained professionals with strong sales instincts
* Closers with confidence
You'll Bring:
* Mechanical aptitude (basic understanding of flow rates, pressure, temperature, sizing, specifications)
* Strong communication skills (verbal, written, CRM)
* Excellent time management and attention to detail
* A proactive, team-first mindset with a drive to win
* Desire to be mentored and developed into a senior commercial role
Experience with valves, actuation, pneumatics, hydraulics or instrumentation is ideal — but attitude, sales experience, curiosity and ambition matter most.

* Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + Bonuses + Super
