We are seeking a driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in selling exciting new projects across the Gold Coast.About the RoleThis is an on-site position, perfect for a passionate and motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, and negotiating successful sales, primarily within the project marketing space.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent and sell new residential developments and off-the-plan projectsManage property listings and conduct on-site appointmentsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsDeliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journeyNegotiate contracts and manage the sales process end-to-endStay informed about market trends, pricing, and buyer behaviourEnsure compliance with all real estate regulations and company standardsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in project marketing and selling new developmentsA current Full Real Estate Agents License (QLD)Strong background in sales, negotiation, and customer serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a teamFamiliarity with CRM systems and real estate sales tools is an advantageA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field is preferredWe are looking for high-performing individuals with a strong sales track record in the off-the-plan sectorJoin a supportive and ambitious team where your results will be recognised and rewarded.
