Key Responsibilities:
* Renewal and sale of outsourcing services, hardware, maintenance, software, and other products.
* Developing and implementing plans to achieve sales targets.
* Planning and supporting local marketing activities to agreed timelines.
* Ensuring customer expectations are met for timely and quality delivery.
* Responding to customer enquiries using appropriate methods.
* Attending external customer meetings and internal meetings with other functions.
* Maintaining and developing business relations with assigned customers.
