We're seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers.
Your role will involve supporting people with disabilities and/or mental health conditions to live their best lives, in their own homes, on their own terms.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with daily living tasks, such as showering, dressing, and meal preparation
* Helping out around the house, including cleaning and laundry
* Following behaviour support plans to ensure the individual's needs are met
* Maintaining accurate records of the individual's progress and any changes that may occur
Requirements
* At least 3 months of experience in disability or mental health support
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health (or a similar qualification)
* Valid First Aid & CPR certification
* NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* A driver's licence and access to a vehicle
* A Police Check that clears you for this role
