We're seeking an experienced and motivated
Business Support Officer – Home Care
to joinour Home Care team at the
Air Force Memorial Estate in BullCreek
. In this role, you will be the link between our HomeCare staff and Finance team, ensuring accurate, efficient andcompliant financial and operational processes that support thedelivery of quality care.
As the Business Support Officer – Home Care youwill:
Oversee end-to-end billing processes, resolvediscrepancies, manage debtors, support our Finance Team withreceipting, reconciliation and month-end reporting.
Validate payroll reports, ensure SCHADS Award complianceand prepare government funding claims (e.g., VHC).
Maintain reporting tools, support system migrations (e.g.,Xero to Epicor) and optimise care management platforms(AlayaCare).
Collaborate with management and staff on targeted projectsto improve operational efficiency.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ad hocprojects that enhance governance and reduce risk.
Act as the primary liaison between Home Care, Finance, andAccounts Receivable.

About you
Possess a Certificate IV or Diploma in BusinessAdministration, Finance or related field (desirable).
Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or equivalent(desirable).
Strong financial administration and operationalcoordination skills.
Experience working in aged care or home care sector(desirable).
Proficiency with care management platforms (AlayaCare),billing systems (Xero), and ERP systems (Epicor).

Knowledge of government funding programs (Support at Home,Veterans Home Care).
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and reportingskills.
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving andstakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment.
