Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Role Summary

The Project Manager will lead end‐to‐end implementation and optimization of RELEX Solutions focused on Demand Forecasting and Supply Chain Planning. The role involves managing cross‐functional teams, ensuring successful deployment of forecasting models, and delivering business value through improved demand accuracy and inventory optimization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery & Management

Lead full project lifecycle: initiation → planning → execution → go‐live → hypercare

Manage RELEX implementation projects for demand forecasting and replenishment

Ensure delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality

Track risks, issues, milestones, and dependencies

2. Stakeholder Management

Act as the bridge between:

Business teams (Demand Planning, Merchandising)

Technical teams (RELEX consultants, data engineers)

Facilitate workshops to gather and validate requirements

Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders

3. Demand Forecasting & Planning

Drive implementation of:

Statistical forecasting models

Seasonality and promotion‐based forecasting

Ensure alignment with business KPIs:

Forecast Accuracy

Service Levels

Inventory Turns

Support adoption of RELEX demand planning processes

4. RELEX System Implementation

Lead configuration and deployment of:

RELEX Demand Forecasting module

Data integration (ERP, POS, warehouse systems)

Coordinate testing phases:

SIT (System Integration Testing)

UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Ensure data quality, master data readiness, and system performance

5. Change Management & Training

Drive user adoption through:

Training sessions

Documentation

SOP creation

Manage organizational change for new forecasting processes

6. Data & Analytics

Oversee forecasting data pipelines and model performance

Work with analytics teams to:

Monitor forecast accuracy

Optimize models using historical data

Translate business needs into analytical solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory:

Bachelor's/Master's in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field

6–12 years of experience in:

Supply Chain Planning

Demand Forecasting

Project Management

Hands‐on experience in RELEX Solutions (highly preferred)

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of:

Demand Planning concepts

Forecasting techniques (time‐series, causal models)

Experience with:

ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Data tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau)

Understanding of retail or FMCG supply chain processes

Project Management Skills:

Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models

Strong risk and stakeholder management skills

PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong problem‐solving and analytical thinking

Ability to work in cross‐functional and global teams

Leadership and team coordination capabilities

Key KPIs

Forecast accuracy improvement

Project delivery timelines

User adoption rate

Inventory reduction and service level improvement

Nice-to-Have

Experience in retail, e‐commerce, or FMCG industries

Prior RELEX implementation project exposure

Knowledge of AI/ML in forecasting
