The role offers autonomy and responsibility to the right person, backed up by dedicated, ongoing and experienced management support.Previous self-storage experience is not necessary.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATETo be successful in this role you will need a range of practical skills and experience including:-prior experience in an office environment where customer satisfaction is paramountfast accurate typingexperience in retail or customer-facing industriesflawless written and spoken Englisha clear, confident telephone mannerstrong admin and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Officeexperience in (or an aptitude to learn/use/update) our CRM software.A valid driver's licence and your own vehicle.As well as the above, we are looking for a number of "soft" skills that will set you apart.
