Digital Transformation Lead
As a seasoned professional, you will drive the digital retail strategy and execution for our sports collectibles and memorabilia business. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong commercial acumen and ability to manage online stores and impactful marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end management of our eCommerce platform and auction site, ensuring seamless user journeys from website maintenance to product management and integrations. You will collaborate with external digital marketing agencies to craft campaigns that resonate with our brand identity and the passionate sports community we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Digital Growth: Design and execute digital components of our retail strategy, making the online experience unforgettable.
* eCommerce Excellence: Own and manage our Official Memorabilia store and auction site, ensuring a seamless user journey.
* Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through our online channels while overseeing website maintenance and continuous improvement.
* Brand Collaboration: Collaborate with external digital marketing partners to maintain our brand's unique look and feel.
* UX Optimization: Optimise website UX for peak performance, keeping the sports fan experience front and centre.
* Marketing Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, with a sharp focus on ROI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital performance, or eCommerce roles, particularly within the sports arena.
* Solid commercial acumen with insights into retailer strategies and activities.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a plus, allowing you to contribute creatively to our campaigns.
