About the Role As a Room Attendant, you’ll help deliver great Guest experiences by keeping guest rooms clean, comfortable, and well‑presented. What You’ll Be Doing Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard Changing and replenishing bed linen, towels, and guest amenities Vacuuming guest rooms and corridors Completing regular deep‑cleaning tasks Restocking and maintaining your cleaning trolley each day Reporting any maintenance issues or damaged items to your Supervisor Ensuring all equipment is used safely and kept in good working order Managing Guest requests politely and efficiently Following health, safety, security, and hygiene procedures Disposing of waste correctly and working in an environmentally responsible way Assisting other teams when required and working cooperatively with colleagues EOE/AA/Disabled/Veterans
