About The Role
* Full-time and onsite working Monday to Friday at our Sippy Downs office
* Manage your own portfolio of motor claims
* Ensure smooth processing of claims, from start to finish
* Problem solving to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi
* Be the direct point of contact for customers, service providers, and assessors
About You
* Familiarity with case or portfolio management is highly regarded
* Exceptional attention to detail, with experience in administration a bonus
* Great communication skills to effectively present and articulate information
* Skilled at multitasking and thrives in a busy environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities
