Job Overview
The primary function of this position is to oversee the full sales cycle, guiding and supporting the sales team in their efforts to drive revenue growth through direct sales and leadership. This involves developing and implementing strategies to increase market penetration in new and existing accounts, as well as providing guidance on sales techniques and customer engagement methods.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* At least 10 years of experience in sales, including 5+ years of management experience.
* Proven ability to build and develop high-performing sales teams, exceeding targets and driving sustained growth.
* Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on relationship-building and technical product knowledge.
* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; 10+ years of relevant experience desirable.
