**Key Responsibilities**:
- Repair damaged plaster surfaces and restore finishes on existing structures
- Prepare and mix plaster, render, or other materials to achieve desired consistency and finish.
- Fill joints and other holes with wet plaster or sealing compounds, then smooth and finish using wet brushes and sandpaper.
- Ensure walls and ceilings are plumb and straight, including corners and angles.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring proper care and storage.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Solid Plasterer or in a similar role (minimum 2 years full time, or equivalent part time/casual experience in solid plastering)
- In-depth knowledge of plastering techniques, materials, and tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Full working knowledge of safety practices on construction sites.
- Drivers Licence
- Construction White card
