Your main responsibilities will include managing reservations, conducting night audits, assisting guests as a porter, and greeting and checking in guests as a front desk receptionist.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills. Experience with hotel reservation software is preferred but not essential. Previous experience in a front office or customer service role is also beneficial.
