We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Sunshine Coast Airport.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service & expert product recommendations
* Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
* Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
* Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
* Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Passion for customer service & sales: A genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales growth.
* Confident communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, both verbally and in writing.
* Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, early mornings, nights, and holidays.
* Retail experience: Not essential, as we provide comprehensive training.
* Valid working rights: Ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card.
