Are you a dynamic and committed individual looking for a diverse role where no two days are the same and where you can enjoy a mix of both office-based work as well as off-site visits?

ACW are a family-owned, national facility services company with over 35 years' experience delivering services and supporting businesses with cleaning, maintenance, licensed tradesand solar.

Our Operations Team provides facility management services for our clients across a range of sectors and we're looking for a Contracts Manager to join us to deliver high quality services to our clients.

As a Contracts Manager you will work autonomously to manage a diverse portfolio of clients in order to meet and deliver their expectations by managing staff and teams (internal and external), delivering high standards of quality cleaning and excellence in customer experience is paramount to this role.

Core responsibilities include:

· Manage day-to-day relationships with our clients and our teams

· Maintain quality services and standards at each site within budget

· Follow up on ad hoc requests

· Upsell and organise additional services

· Workforce management to ensure our on-site teams have the training, materials, equipment and motivation to deliver excellent quality services

· Complaints handling and issues management

To enjoy and succeed in this role, you will need:

· Operations and workforce management/leadership/supervision experience

· Negotiation and conflict resolution skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills

· A proactive 'can do' attitude, diplomacy and positivity

· An ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure as you will be managing the needs of multiple client portfolios simultaneously

· Strong attention to detail

· A desire for continuous improvement

· Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

· An ability to balance client expectations versus business expectations and requirements

· A willingness to work hands on if required

· A willingness to be on call 24/7 in case there's an urgent issue with clients or the cleaning team

· Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of and any CRM

· Customer service, relationship/client management or business development experience

· A minimum of 3 years' experience in cleaning, housekeeping or laundry, or as a team leader or area supervisor

Mandatory requirements:

Current Police Check (no more than 6 moths old)

Current WWCC
