Field Sales Executive
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive sales execution and growth across the South Gold Coast territory.
This key role will involve executing sales strategies to achieve growth targets, leading, coaching, and developing a team of field sales representatives, and driving in-store execution and merchandising excellence.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience in a field sales/retail role, ideally in FMCG, with strong leadership and coaching skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, commercial acumen, and a results-driven mindset.
The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously, with a passion for people, performance, and continuous improvement.
