Operational Excellence Manager

This role is a key member of the Senior Operations team, working closely with colleagues across the university to support operational delivery. The Operational Excellence Manager will lead the Dean's Unit team in delivering high-quality day-to-day operational and administrative services.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the Dean's Unit team in delivering high-quality day-to-day operational and administrative services.
* Oversee the design and delivery of service models, focusing on executive support, communications, governance, and operational excellence.
* Develop communication strategies and optimize internal platforms to enhance engagement and efficiency.
* Provide strategic advice and operational oversight to support the implementation of key school-wide strategies and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* Proven experience in managing operations, executive services, or governance within complex organizations.
* Demonstrated leadership of professional teams, including responsibility for performance management and service delivery outcomes.
* Proficiency in enterprise systems, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and content management platforms.
* Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities across organizational units, coupled with a sound understanding of digital transformation and the adoption of workplace technologies.
