Food Studies Teacher position at Camberwell Girls Grammar School (CGGS). This is a part-time fixed-term role for Terms 1 and 2, 2026, approximately 0.4–0.6 FTE.
About The Role
Leading independent girls' school CGGS seeks a Food Studies / Technology Teacher to join our staff on a fixed-term basis for Terms 1 & 2 in 2026. The successful applicant must be appropriately qualified and able to teach Food Studies from Years 8–12, including Year 8, a Year 8 & 9 Elective and VCE Units 1–4.
CGGS teachers have an excellent understanding of effective pedagogical practices and contemporary learning design with strong interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for girls\' education is essential for success.
Responsibilities
* Teach Food Studies across Years 8–12, including Year 8, a Year 8 & 9 Elective and VCE Units 1–4.
* Contribute to planning and delivering high-quality, contemporary lessons aligned with CGGS pedagogy.
About You
* Relevant tertiary qualifications
* Previous experience teaching Secondary School Food Technology / Studies in a school setting
* Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
* Must have full working rights in Australia
