Change Manager - Contract
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale organisational transformation within a Federal Government department. This role will contribute to a high-profile business transformation program focused on evolving the operating model, uplifting technology capabilities, and strengthening security and compliance frameworks to enable more productive and secure ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end change management activities across a business transformation initiative
* Conduct change impact assessments and develop tailored change strategies
* Engage and influence senior stakeholders across diverse business units
* Design and deliver communications, training, and engagement plans
* Support the rollout of new technology and security-related initiatives
* Monitor adoption, track benefits realisation, and embed sustainable change
Key Requirements
* Proven experience delivering change in complex, enterprise-level environments
* Experience supporting technology and/or cyber security uplift programs
* Experience working within Federal Government or highly regulated environments
* Strong background in operating model or business transformation
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to work across both strategic and hands‐on delivery
* Familiarity with structured change methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR)
