What You'll Do
Monitor our automated invoice processing system ( Redmap ) to ensure invoices flow correctly and efficiently
Review and action invoice exceptions, helping internal approvers resolve issues
Process supplier payments accurately and on time in Pronto (ERP)
Maintain vendor records and assist with basic vendor inquiries
Provide general finance support including reporting, reconciliations, and audit requests
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve AP efficiency
What You'll Bring
You don't need years of AP experience — we will teach you that.
What we do need is someone who has :
Strong technology capability and confidence using multiple systems at once
Good Excel skills (lookups, filters, pivot tables beneficial)
A proactive, hard-working attitude
Ability to learn quickly and follow structured workflows
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions when unsure
Experience in AP or finance administration is helpful, but not essential for the right learner.
