Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager located in Rockhampton, QLD, with some flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil, mining, and infrastructure projects.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders, coordinating logistics and inspections.
* Supervise expediting and procurement activities.
* Communicate effectively and lead teams to maintain project efficiency and client satisfaction.
* Balance in‐office and remote work within a hybrid workplace.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Project Management practices and tools, with experience overseeing project deliverables and timelines.
* Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
* Experience in Inspection and quality assurance to maintain compliance with project standards and regulatory requirements.
* Expertise in Logistics Management to coordinate the movement and allocation of resources efficiently.
* Solid leadership, problem‐solving, and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid workplace, balancing in office and remote work.
* Experience in civil, mining, or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
