Job Description
This is a specialist role that involves leading a team of earthmoving equipment operators in a large-scale mine. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in civil services earthmoving and be able to provide on the job coaching and mentoring to process plant operational staff.
The role requires the ability to operate, train and manage mobile equipment, as well as develop and maintain competency in all operational teams for the use of heavy earth moving equipment at the mine site.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment and be able to work effectively with a diverse range of people to achieve exceptional results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Extensive experience in civil services earthmoving
* Ability to operate, train and manage mobile equipment
* Proficiency in operation, training and management of heavy earth moving equipment
* Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment (desirable)
