Customer Service Liaison Position
In this role, you will manage inbound enquiries and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. To succeed, you'll need at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing position and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming phone calls and emails from customers
2. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction
. They should be able to handle complaints professionally while also offering solutions. You must maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
The ideal candidate would have relevant industry knowledge that makes them well-suited for our busy dealership where they can demonstrate their skills by actively contributing as part of an effective team working towards achieving common goals such as maintaining positive relationships between staff members who collaborate effectively together making sure everyone knows what needs doing each day so there aren't any surprises when it comes down finalizing tasks appropriately taking pride every step along way ensuring everything runs smoothly without disruption - which ultimately leads successful results through consistency diligence hardwork effort put forth daily basis thereby solidifying reputation excellence amongst peers clients alike.
