About the Role As Head of Sales, you will have end‑to‑end accountability for national sales strategy, margin performance and lead a multi‑region sales portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the national sales strategy, aligned with corporate objectives and approved by the CEO.
Drive revenue growth, margin performance, and disciplined contract selection across all sales channels.
Establish and maintain pricing integrity, contract assessment frameworks, and commercial governance.
Lead commercial input into tenders, renewals, strategic negotiations and new business opportunities.
Act as the senior escalation point for high‑value or complex sales opportunities.
Lead and mentor senior sales leaders across regions, setting clear expectations for performance and accountability.
Build strong relationships with key customers, industry partners and internal stakeholders.
Partner closely with Operations and Finance to ensure sales outcomes are operationally feasible and commercially sound.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Aviation Management or related discipline and/or equivalent sales experience.
Demonstrated strategic leadership in national or multi‑region sales with a strong focus on revenue and margin management.
Executive‑level negotiation capability and senior stakeholder management experience.
Strong commercial acumen, including contract management, pricing, forecasting and financial analysis.
Experience operating in complex, operationally driven environments (aviation or similarly regulated industries desirable).
High levels of integrity, professionalism and influential communication skills.
Resilience, initiative and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Strong commitment to safety, operational excellence and robust governance.
