About the role
Customised Compounding is seeking a part-time/full-time customer service admin staff to join our team in Dural, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and customer service support to our pharmaceutical compounding business. With a focus on efficient and friendly customer interactions, this position is crucial in delivering a seamless experience for our clients.
What you'll be doing
* Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Process customer orders and maintain accurate records
* Provide administrative support for the pharmacy team, including scheduling, data entry, and file management
* Assist with order fulfilment and prescription data entry
* Accurate assembly of orders under the supervision of a pharmacist
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
* Promote Customised Compounding's products and services to new and existing customers
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency with typing, speed and accuracy.
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and practices would be an advantage
