* Welcoming our families, children and team in a friendly and professional way
* Introducing new families and team members to the service, conducting Centre tours, assisting with enrolments and orientations
* Use your strong systems skills across Salesforce and Qikkids to manage enrolments and families' accounts
* Showcase your masterful prioritisation skills to complete a range of systems-related tasks, while managing phone, email, debt collection and walk-in queries
* Support the Centre by using your refined people and leadership skills as a key member of the Centre Leadership team
* Liaise with our maintenance team as well as external suppliers and contractors to ensure our Centre continues to present as it did the first week we opened
* Use your super-star administrative skills to ensure all tasks are completed to a high level of accuracy, in a reliable and consistent manner
* Display your extraordinary interpersonal and customer service skills to breeze through some difficult conversations.

About You:
* Current VIC Working with Children's Check
* Current VIC Child Protection Training
* Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
* A Police Check and PRODA Number (or willing to obtain before commencement)
* The availability to work rostered shifts from Monday through to Friday for 37.5 hours per week
