We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse team for a busy online retailer.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm.
About the Role
You will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse, including order fulfilment and stock handling. This role suits someone who is hands-on, dependable, and interested in developing their skills toward a senior or supervisory position over time.
Key Responsibilities
* Pick and pack customer orders accurately
* Receive and put away incoming stock
* Assist with inventory control and stock accuracy
* Maintain a clean, organised warehouse environment
* Support smooth day-to-day warehouse operations
Skills & Experience
* Previous warehouse experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail
* Physically fit (manual handling required)
* Reliable, punctual, and dependable
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* Basic computer skills (stock management and shipping systems)
* Ability to take initiative and handle increased responsibility when required
* Interest in developing supervisory or leadership skills
