About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and support a range of activities that focus on training people on new applications and the people side of change.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of change management activities.
* Develop and manage essential project communications, including training plans and materials.
* Coordinate all project communication activities, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have:
* Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in change management roles, including structured change implementation.
* A solid grasp of how individuals navigate change and demonstrated knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
* Demonstrated experience creating training materials and conducting training.
