Financial Leadership Position
The Financial Director is a key member of the Executive team, responsible for managing the financial and commercial performance of a hospital in Newcastle.
Main Responsibilities
* Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of financial reports to the Hospital Executives and Corporate Office.
* Provide business partnering support through commercial links with facilities and the Executive Team.
* Prepare and present annual budgets and re-forecasts.
* Analyse operating results and provide insightful commentary as required.
* Work with the Executive Team to develop business cases for equipment and project proposals.
* Maintain disciplined capital management of ongoing capex requests and fixed asset register.
