Job Title: Manager City Assets
This role involves effectively coordinating the activities of the Asset Management Division, relating to Civil and Built infrastructure, Open Space, Catchment Planning and Natural Resources. The primary function ensures that the Asset Management System captures all relevant asset information, including acquisitions and disposals.

* Prioritize community needs within available resources
* Maintain sustainable services and infrastructure with appropriate service levels
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Project Management, Engineering Services or equivalent disciplines
* Highly developed people management skills with leadership qualities
* Proven skills in strategic and business planning for asset management
* Well-developed financial management and budgeting expertise
The ideal candidate should possess high-level analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and sound communication skills. Experience in developing innovation in a business environment is also desirable.
