How will your ideas contribute to shaping what's next?
As our new Project Coordinator, you'll be a vital part of Workplace Team who are completing an internal fitout project over the next 6 months. This position will be a fixed 6 month contract and will provide essential support for the Workplace Manager in project administration, site management, intranet management and stakeholder management. The role will require you to be a problem solver who has excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide sound support to the Workplace onsite team in WA.

As well as experience in a similar project coordination and administration role. Specifically:
- Ensures that Workplace Management is strongly represented and make sure that all work is of the highest quality- Flexible in approach and pivots to meet changing project needs- Proactively builds rapport with teams (at the respective level), and ensures to meet their needs to minimise escalations- Ability to recognise issues and raise to Workplace Manager- A strong understanding of how the role fits into the overall project and actively works to deliver seamless linkages to other work areas as applicable.
