Key responsibilities include: Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team Delivering outstanding customer service and driving service culture Managing high-volume stock flow, merchandising and promotional execution Maintaining high standards of presentation, safety and compliance Supporting and influencing store targets, KPIs and growth results Coaching future leaders and contributing to a strong internal talent pipeline Using product knowledge to elevate the customer experience The Ideal Candidate: Proven retail management experience (essential) Experience managing high stock volumes and a busy retail floor Strength in leading and inspiring teams of 15–30 team members A passion for nurturing talent and driving team success Strong organisational and time-management skills Adaptability, problem-solving capability and a results-focused mindset Confident communication skills and comfort with retail systems First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain—funded by us) When you join our team, you will become part of the Spotlight Retail Group, which comprises Spotlight, Anaconda, and Harris Scarfe.
