About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant to join our Sydney team and support the delivery of complex client transformation programs.

The role will focus on advising clients on organisational strategy, business transformation, operating model optimisation and delivery improvement initiatives. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to help design and implement practical solutions that improve operational performance, governance and strategic outcomes.

This role is suited to a consultant who enjoys working across strategy, transformation and delivery environments and who can combine strong stakeholder engagement capability with structured problem solving and practical implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Advising clients on business transformation, operating model design and organisational improvement initiatives
* Supporting the delivery of strategic transformation programs across government and private sector clients
* Facilitating workshops, collaboration sessions and stakeholder engagement activities
* Analysing business processes, operating models and governance frameworks to identify improvement opportunities
* Developing strategic documentation, reports, presentations and transformation roadmaps
* Supporting program governance, reporting and executive decision‐making processes
* Assessing current‐state information flows and designing future‐state data routines across complex client programs
* Designing and establishing modern reporting frameworks and executive dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to track transformation benefits and KPIs
* Working collaboratively with client and internal teams to deliver high‐quality outcomes
* Supporting change management and implementation activities associated with transformation programs
* Using light automation, digital workflows and/or Artificial Intelligence to improve delivery rhythm and reduce manual reporting efforts.

Qualifications & Experience Required

* A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in business, commerce, management, technology or a related discipline; OR at least five years of relevant consulting experience may substitute for formal qualifications
* Minimum 3–5 years' experience in management consulting, transformation delivery, strategy implementation or organisational improvement environments
* Experience advising senior stakeholders on transformation, operating model or business improvement initiatives
* Strong project management, analytical and problem‐solving capability
* Experience facilitating workshops, collaboration sessions or executive stakeholder engagements
* Experience leading or supporting organisational transformation, large‐scale change or strategic delivery programs
* Experience designing and implementing reporting frameworks and executive dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
* Ability to analyse and document business processes and recommend practical solutions
* Experience working across complex stakeholder and delivery environments
* Familiarity with digital workflows, automation tools and/or Artificial Intelligence to improve operational delivery and reporting processes
* Strong written and verbal communication skills

Working Arrangements

This role operates within a hybrid working model aligned to client requirements. Team members are generally expected to work onsite with clients at least three days per week, with flexibility to work remotely when appropriate.
