Retail Banking Services (RBS) is the public face of CommBank, delivering a seamless banking experience to more than 10 million personal and small business customers. Within RBS, the Wealth & Private team supports the full spectrum of our customers' wealth needs—spanning wealth creation and protection across mass market, mass affluent, and high-net-worth segments.
Do work that matters
As an Executive Product Owner in the Mass Affluent Wealth crew, you'll lead a cross-functional team of product, digital, and technology professionals. You'll provide thought leadership to drive new product development and deliver globally competitive digital experiences.
On any given day, you will:
1. Set and implement the strategic direction for the mass affluent investing product roadmap.
2. Stay abreast of external market trends, regulations, and innovations to deliver a market-leading proposition.
3. Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary squad across product, digital, and technology, fostering a psychologically safe, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
4. Define and deliver the product roadmap, vision, and KPIs, and manage the squad's performance.
5. Release and iterate on products that meet customer needs and achieve business goals.
6. Guide delivery team members and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of strategic initiatives.
7. Own the end-to-end product risk and control environment, including governance, issue identification, escalation, remediation, and regulatory responses.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to plan promotional efforts for product launches and growth.
9. Monitor outcomes to ensure they align with strategic intent.
