Responsibilities
* Partner with senior leaders to embed a strategic consultancy model
* Deliver professional, dynamic, and valued advice and support
* Support business workforce planning strategies
* Coach people leaders in case management, performance, disciplinary matters, and multi-site visits
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or substantial experience in a similar role
* Extensive experience in a fast-paced and complex environment
* A sound understanding of culture and its impact on performance and engagement
* A collaborative, forward-thinking, and solutions-based approach to problem-solving
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships of trust
