Exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to ensure customers achieve maximum value out of their digital advertising journey with News.
**What's the role?**
- Assist in the development, implementation and roll out an ongoing customer engagement program for the News Connect marketing intelligence platform
- Help to build an approach to establish deep customer understanding, of their needs, requirements and expectations with a view to driving accelerated customer growth
- Assess the user journey to ensure our approach targets the most valuable customers, driving profitable growth for all parties
- Drive activation and retention of customers on the News Connect platform
- Provide appropriate feedback and insights to the Data Product team to ensure the evolution of a customer-centric product
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and drive customer satisfaction across the customer's organisation
- Increase retention amongst our digital advertiser base
**Who are you?**
- A strategic thinker with the ability to translate concerns and issues into implications and actions
- Commercially astute with the ability to build a targeted approach to customer engagement and relationship management
- An experienced media sales relationship manager, with an understanding of what motivates media agencies and advertising clients, and how to meet their requirements
- An advocate for the customer, championing customer needs and insights throughout the business
- Collaborative and able to drive multiple stakeholders to a solution within required timeframes
- Proactive with a capability to determine what our clients need before they do
- An expert on the digital advertising landscape, our competitive set, and our client base
- Confident and articulate with strong professional presentation skills and experience
