Commis Chef Role
We are seeking a talented Commis Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for presentation, dedication to flavour, and commitment to setting high standards from workspace to table and beyond.
1. Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are readily available.
2. Prepare and cook meals to the highest standard, taking ownership of every plate presented to our guests.
3. Prioritise cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to local laws and regulations.
4. Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of HACCP procedures.
* Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
* Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
* A working knowledge and understanding of HACCP procedures.
