**The Role**
As the Construction Manager, you will oversee the entire construction process in alignment with the organisational objectives and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mentor, coach and develop the Construction teams to lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive high performance of Construction teams through regular and timely feedback
- Forecast and achieve completion targets and service expenditure, and ongoing evaluation of departmental performances and efficiencies
- Effective development and communication of strategic initiatives and objectives
- Promote a positive one-team culture across all departments and external subcontractor and supplier relations
- Champion the construction process with all stakeholders to achieve desired timeframes
- Innovate and lead trials in new products and alternative construction methods
- Demonstrate high collaboration amongst ABN Group Building Managers forum

- Demonstrated experience in a management/leadership role
- Ability to collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end residential roofing processes
- Proven ability to develop and maintain a high-performance team through positive leadership
- Ability to think strategically, lead and manage change initiatives
- Effective analytical skills to adapt, improve and enhance processes and timeframes
- A passion for providing an exceptional customer experience at all times
- Possess a can-do positive attitude, highly organised and target driven
