TWO CONTRACT ROLES AVAILABLE: DEAL CONCIERGE SPECIALIST

* Client: Global Enterprise Technology Organization (name confidential)
* Location: Hybrid in Sydney or Melbourne
* Start Date: ASAP
* Contract Term: 12 months
* Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Occasional after-hours for events.
* Onsite Expectation: Preferably 5 days/week onsite initially for onboarding and collaboration. Flexibility may be offered later.
We're looking for proactive, customer-focused sales professionals to join our client's Deal Concierge Team. These roles are customer-facing and involve identifying, qualifying, and managing sales opportunities for a suite of premium technology solutions.
You'll collaborate with sales teams, partners, and technical resources to drive engagement and progress deals. In some cases, you may own the opportunity end-to-end; in others, you will coordinate and facilitate handoffs.
* Act as a trusted first point of contact for prospective customers
* Drive pipeline progression from qualification through to close
* Engage with commercial clients or educational institutions based on role focus
* Manage demo/loan programs and customer funding initiatives where applicable
* Track all opportunities in the client's internal systems; ensure regular updates
* Collaborate with field sellers and channel partners
* Re-engage existing or previous customers with new solution offerings
* Engage with schools and education providers to understand their technology needs
* Tailor solutions to enhance the digital learning experience
* Ideal for candidates with experience in education, government, or similar service-focused sectors
* Requires a consultative, empathetic communication style
* Target business and corporate clients across a range of industries
* Requires strong sales drive, initiative, and confidence in fast-paced environments
* Focused on pipeline generation, lead qualification, and closing

* (Education role only): Experience in or understanding of the education sector is highly desirable
