Project Coordinator The primary objective of this role is to provide support to project teams and managers in the areas of project governance, risk management, monitoring program progress and complex reporting. - Provide assistance with resource planning, quality assurance, and benefits reviews through project implementation. - Collaborate with project managers and teams to manage smaller IT projects within set timeframes and skill capacities. Key Responsibilities: * Complete quality assurance and benefits reviews through project implementation. * Support project managers and teams in areas of project governance such as risk management, monitoring program progress, collating and preparing complex reporting. * Provide support to Program Delivery Managers to implement and maintain project-related processes and systems, program reporting, risk management, and resource planning. * Perform project management activities including managing small projects to contribute to the delivery of various projects within the IT program. * Develop and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and issue management. * Contribute to a positive team culture by engaging constructively with others across IT Services.
