Driver Fast Track Program
This is a structured, end-to-end pathway designed to take you from applicant to operational driver quickly and efficiently.
You will be supported at every step, with clear timelines, hands‐on training, and a team committed to your success.
What You'll Be Doing
* Operating buses across charter services, school runs, and regular routes
* Ensuring passenger safety and comfort at all times
* Delivering professional and friendly customer service
* Supporting essential services that keep communities connected

About You
* Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
* Hold a current car (C Class), MR, or HR driver's licence
* Unrestricted Australian driver's licence held for at least 12 months within the last 24 months
* Flexible and available to work a range of shifts
* Strong driving record
* Confident communicator with the ability to follow procedures and interact with customers
* Willing to complete pre‐employment checks and medical assessment
