Job Overview:
This role is responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implementing rooms and conferencing sales strategies
* Client relationship management and optimisation
* Lead qualification, prospecting and generation through in-house, DRA, lapsed and exiting accounts
* Successful quoting, negotiation and contracting of new and existing accounts
* Accurate and timely end-to-end reservations management
* Front Office support, training, sales cycle promotion and VIP/Groups management
