Store Operations Manager
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in leading a team, managing daily store operations and ensuring outstanding service is being provided to customers. The successful applicant will work closely with the Store Managers to achieve success and be available to work Sunday to Thursday. Key responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, living and breathing genuine service and creating moments that matter for customers. Additionally, the Store Operations Manager will provide a safe work environment for themselves, team members and customers.

Requirements:
* Previous supervisory experience
* Strong leadership and work ethic
* Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks
* Retail or trade experience including sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations
* Mechanical/automotive parts knowledge an advantage
* Flexible availability and valid driver's license required
* Physical capacity to perform duties including handling heavy products
