About the Role
CMV Truck & Bus presents a fantastic opportunity for a full-time enthusiastic registration clerk to join the supportive and friendly Registration Team. Duties & Responsibilities
* Inspect and sight all vehicles to gather accurate information required to register vehicles
* Review all paperwork to ensure accurate registrations are complete
* Collect and enter accurate vehicle details onto state dealer online system
* Forward all paperwork to VicRoads when complete in line with company and state regulations
* Resolve any issues delaying Vehicle Registration Process
* Any other miscellaneous duties as required
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in vehicle registrations would be advantageous
* Strong attention to detail
* Exceptional organisation and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation and stakeholders
